❓ What if my item arrives damaged?

No worries! Just contact us with photos 📸 of the damaged product within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

❓ Do you accept returns?

YES!

• Please make sure your return package is shipped within 15 days after we provide you with the return solution and label.

• Packages sent after the return window or without the latest return label may not be received or processed by the warehouse, and we won’t be able to issue a refund.

• We cannot guarantee that items shipped outside the return window will be located or returned. We cannot offer refunds or compensation for such items.

• In certain situations, you may need to arrange a self-return by using your own courier service. We will let you know if this applies to your order and provide instructions.
